Acceptable Materials for Recycling: 

Asphalt
• Includes roadway, sidewalk, and parking lot material.
• Loads must not be mixed and cannot contain soil.

Concrete
• Includes sidewalk, curb, gutter, and concrete building material.
• Rebar within the concrete is acceptable. No more than 1 foot of
rebar may be exposed.
• Large pieces are acceptable.
• Loads must not be mixed and cannot contain soil.

Painted Concrete and Asphalt
• Accepted if analytical data confirms it is not lead-based
paint.

Asphalt Slurry
• Consists of slurry collected during the grinding, grooving,
and/or saw cutting of asphalt.
